let’s be honest:
If you are in a constant state of overwhelm, you are probably feeling unhappy and burnt out.
Things don’t have to stay this way. I help highly sensitive and deeply feeling women (prone to emotional overwhelm) feel confident coping with their feelings, improve their self-esteem and overall functioning.
maybe you’re…
Struggling with low self esteem.
Your lack of confidence leaves you with feelings of hopelessness. You start to wonder if you will ever feel better about yourself again.
Feeling overwhelmed.
Feeling overwhelmed by marriage and parenthood. You ask yourself time and time again, “why do my peers seem to be less overwhelmed by the same things.”
Wondering why you feel your emotions so deeply?
Why do I feel my feelings so much bigger than others seem to feel theirs?
Researching the buzzwords ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Anxious Attachment style.
Looking up symptoms just trying to understand what is at the root of your frustrations.
I’M Caitlyn.
I believe you can love yourself and your daily life.
The idea of getting out of the cycles of burnout and fatigue can feel impossible. You are not alone in this. I have helped many women in the Lake Norman area find relief by helping them learn the skills needed to live a confident manageable life.
My approach is simple, find what is at the root of those symptoms so you can see relief and change. Under the overwhelm or low self-esteem there could be trauma, undiagnosed ADHD or a variety of other issues, this can be different for everyone. Once we identify what is at the core your work can begin.
I use a variety of approaches to help my clients find confidence and hope within themselves. They stop seeing their own nature as a problem and come to see what a strength and gift it is to have such a highly sensitive nature.
I would love to help you step into a daily life that is not only manageable but fulfilling. Lets get started today on your path to joy and relief.
